RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS - Wondrous Arts stands by the quality of our products. Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no cost to the customer, provided that the customer returns the defective or damaged item to Wondrous Arts, including original packaging. In such cases, Wondrous Arts will issue a pickup call to retrieve the item in question.

In the event that a replacement for a defective or damaged item is not available due to limited production runs or sold out status, Wondrous Arts will refund the customer’s purchase once we receive the returned item.

Sales for non-defective / non-damaged products are final.
